We’ve been bringing loaded potatoes and smiles to people’s faces at music festivals all over New England and New York state since 2022.
Our potatoes are fresh baked, topped with locally sourced ingredients, and entice all palates from meat eaters, to vegetarians, and vegans. Our entire operation is 100% gluten free!! You’re not going to find gummy, tin-foil wrapped potatoes with fake cheese coming from The Potato Caboose! We understand the need to deliver high quality food, with a fun vibe, to keep festival go-ers groovin’ and shakin’ on their dancing feet.
At The Potato Caboose, you won’t “feel like a stranger” while you enjoy a classic “Melt Your Face” potato and your friends cool down with a vegetarian “Saint Stephen’s Greek Garden” or fill-up with a vegan “Mexicali Beans.” Festival goers love our music themed decor and menu of loaded potatoes named after jam band and folk songs such as the “Arlo’s Pickle”, the “Cheeseburger in Paradise” or our phavorite Vermont band influenced potatoes, the “Sugar Shack” and the vegan “Haley’s Hummus Comet.” Or, maybe you’ll catch us at a fall show and warm up with a “Chili Fire on the Mountain.”
We’re also serving up finger foods made for sharing like “Pig Pen’s Potato Skins” and “Great Balls of Potato” (fried spicy mashed potato balls).
From our years of experience spent on tour, we understand the necessity for nutritious whole food to keep our friends energized, healthy, happy and well cared for – we know “it’s gonna be a long long crazy crazy night.”
